Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Frictionworks be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant each and every pair of RAD Vice Jaws to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the jaws, and we will replace with a new pair, any purchased pair that is defective. Additionally, we warrant that if RAD Vice Jaws break or fail during normal intended use, and are no longer fit for their intended purpose, we will replace them with a new pair. This warranty applies to the original buyer only.

Frictionworks does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, intentional disassembly, or product modifications. Jaws are not intended to be over-tightened on hard, sharp objects that can cause deformities in the jaw face, nor are they intended for use in high heat situations.

Warranty Registration

We recommend that the buyer complete the online registration form here. This will facilitate warranty processing. Note that it is not required that the buyer complete the registration for the warranty to be effective.

Warranty Returns

In order to request a warranty return, the buyer must notify Frictionworks by visiting the Warranty Claim page and submitting their email against which a warranty was registered. An email will be sent to the buyer with an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number. Select the print option to print the form. If you are unable to print, copy the information onto paper.

If the buyer sends the product by U.S. mail, we recommend that the buyer insure it and send it with return receipt requested. Frictionworks accepts no Liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

Notice to Buyer

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.

If the buyer disagrees over either’s performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to Frictionworks.  The buyer shall not be responsible for expenses incurred in submitting a dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph.  The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution before pursuing any legal remedies to which he or she may be entitled.
